Their rigorous certification process includes biannual surveys completed by every single worker in their supply chain, ensuring fair wages, safe working conditions, and absolutely no child labour. It All Starts at El Rosario Farm

The journey begins in El Rosario, a single farm in Necoclí, Colombia, on the north-eastern coast. This region has faced its fair share of struggles—violence, conflict, and the long-lasting effects of the war on drugs. But cacao is helping turn things around.

Before chocolate, this land was a cattle ranch spanning nearly 500 acres, requiring only a handful of workers. But when the farm switched to cacao, everything changed. What started as 400 hectares of fine flavour cacao has now generated over 250 jobs, bringing higher wages, stability, and opportunity to the community.
