The beard bundle contains a 50ml beard oil and a 30g beard styling balm. They are the difference between hipster chic and hobo chic.

Norse woodsman beard oil is a 100% natural, vegan beard oil that is the product of years of experimentation by a dedicated team of bearded men. The aim was to create an epic yet affordable beard oil made from the finest natural products and we are pleased to say we surpassed all expectations. Our blend of oils packed full of carefully selected essential oils will tame and soften your beard leaving it itch free and smelling great.

Our beard balm sits neatly between our beard oil and moustache wax, resulting in a well nourished beard that will hold a style throughout the day. Contains beeswax.

Our owner and founder, Iain, is a man with a face. True story. He has a pretty splendid beard and much as he wanted a sweet smelling and itch free face mane, he was getting pretty fed up of being a grease monkey with no pennies left in his pocket in his search for an epic beard product. Thus, Norse was born. At Norse we make naturally great, eco-friendly grooming products for the bearded, smooth-faced and mustachioed men of the world.

Standard Delivery £3.50

Dispatched Royal Mail 2nd Class.  You will receive your order within 2-4  working days from dispatch. Please note: We do not dispatch on Sundays. Any orders placed after midday Saturday will be dispatched on Monday.

Express Delivery £4.50

Dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class.  You will receive your order next working day after dispatch, including Saturdays. Please note: We do not dispatch on Sundays. Any orders placed after midday Saturday will be dispatched on Monday.

Express Delivery Tracked 24 £5.95

Dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24.  You will receive your order next working day after dispatch, including Saturdays. Please note: We do not dispatch on Sundays. Any orders placed after midday Saturday will be dispatched on Monday.

All delivery packaging from Pasoluna is plastic free. 

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@pasoluna.co.uk. 

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@pasoluna.co.uk 

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PASOLUNA, 26 Bromley Road, Shipley, BD18 4DS.

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Delivery charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of delivery will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
