Extremely versatile raffia bundle that'll complement all sorts of gift wraps and craft projects.

Raffia is a great natural material that comes from plant fibres of the Raffia Palm. Fronds from the palm tree are harvested, dried and then dyed, leaving the remainder of the tree to regrow for future harvests. It's a great alternative to ribbon, for wrapping and decorating gifts, as well as in florestry, crafting and in the garden.

Dundee based Nutscene have been involved in the manufacturing and processing of jute twines and ancillary products for the gardener since 1922. Still using the original machinery first used by them back in 1922, Nutscene continues to produce its own range of high quality garden twines and employs local people to do so. They take pride in the fact that they still manufacture their own twines using traditional methods.

All their products are eco-friendly and sourced from sustainable crops. Jute in particular is an environmentally beneficial crop. It's rain fed, fast growing and will grow on wastelands, thereby and improving the soil for future crops. It also reduces CO2.

Standard Delivery £3.95 via Royal Mail 2nd Class, which will arrive in 3-5 working days.

Royal Mail 1st Class (1-3 working days) - £4.95

Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 working days) - £5.95

Our aim is to dispatch within 24 hours of your order. Please note: Any orders placed after 11am Saturday will be dispatched on Monday. We do not dispatch on Sundays. 

International Delivery

Unfortunately we're unable to offer delivery outside the UK at this time.

All delivery packaging from Pasoluna is plastic free. 

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@pasoluna.co.uk. 

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@pasoluna.co.uk 

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PASOLUNA, 26 Bromley Road, Shipley, BD18 4DS.

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Delivery charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of delivery will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
