Set of two contemporary ceramic coffee beakers with cork base and stylish matt black finish. The mugs come packaged in a recycled cardboard box and sleeve, ready for gifting to friends and family.

Not only will they bring the breezy Cornish style of Liga into your home, they're infinitely practical too. No handles? No bother. The cork base will stop your fingers getting burnt and it'll keep your cuppa warm for that little bit longer too. What's more, you can put the cup down on any surface without worrying about scratches or marks. Cork is a fantastic eco material as it's harvested approximately every 9 years without harming the tree. 

The ceramic mug separates from the cork base so you can pop it in the dishwasher. The cork is handwash only.

LIGA uses other beautiful materials such as Ethically sourced Cork, Organic unbleached cotton, recycled papers, vegan wax, compostable cloth, bamboo, recycled EVA plastics and ceramics to create their sustainable collections. Ethically sourced from around the world with the hand printing, making and finishing carefully done in Cornwall.

Free Standard Delivery on orders over £50

Standard Delivery £3.95 via Royal Mail 2nd Class, which will arrive in 3-5 working days.

Other delivery options include:

Royal Mail 1st Class (1-3 working days) - £4.95

Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 working days) - £5.95

Our aim is to dispatch within 24 hours of your order. Please note: Any orders placed after 11am Saturday will be dispatched on Monday. We do not dispatch on Sundays. 

International Delivery

Unfortunately we're unable to offer delivery outside the UK at this time.

Packaging

All delivery packaging from Pasoluna is plastic free. 

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@pasoluna.co.uk. 

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@pasoluna.co.uk 

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PASOLUNA, 26 Bromley Road, Shipley, BD18 4DS.

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Delivery charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of delivery will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
